What are some muscle stretching exercises?

Many people want to have a very strong physique and sexy muscles, so many people use some wrong methods to perform muscle stretching exercises. In fact, no matter how many times those exercises are done, they are useless. The real method is very scientific. Let us take a look at what these muscle stretching exercises are?

1 Chest: Kneel on the floor, facing a chair or bench, cross your forearms above your head, and bend forward so your forearms rest on the chair or bench and your head is lower than this plane. Exhale, and then lower your head and chest down. Stay close to the ground, making sure your forearms are parallel to each other. Hold your elbows with both hands.

2Shoulders and upper back: Standing or sitting. Raise one arm to shoulder height. Cross your arms across your body. Place your hand against your elbow, exhale, and pull it in front of you. You can turn your head in the opposite direction of the stretch. This will work better.

3 Upper back: Stand in front of a horizontal bar or a wall with your feet together, arms, legs and back straight, and bend forward at the hips. Hold the bar with both hands, exhale, and press your body downward.

4 Biceps: Stand with your back facing a door frame or a long pole and raise one arm to shoulder height. Turn your shoulders inward and hold the door frame with your thumbs facing down. Exhale. Try to keep your biceps pointing upward.

5. Triceps: Standing or sitting. Extend one arm behind you and up as far as you can. At the same time, hold a towel in your other hand. Reach behind your neck and extend the arm behind your neck down so that the hand below can grasp the towel. Exhale. Pull down with your lower hand, then pull up with your upper hand.

6 Neck: Stand with your hands on your hips, look forward, slowly turn your head to one side and hold it. Then turn the other side. Keep your shoulders still.

The above methods are the best ways to stretch muscles. If you want to see results after just one or two days, it is simply impossible. The important thing is to persist. As long as you follow the above methods and persevere, you can train different muscles. I believe everyone will become the kind of physique they want.
