Reverse

Retrograde walking refers to a training method of walking backwards continuously. When walking backwards, the muscles in the waist and back contract and relax regularly, which can improve blood circulation in the waist and back, promote metabolism of the waist and back tissues, and increase the strength of the waist muscles. Regular backward walking exercises can also prevent diseases such as lumbar muscle strain and lumbar disc herniation. If people who have lumbar diseases can persist in backward walking exercises, they can relieve pain and even achieve recovery effects. Two years ago, I had a CT scan for lower back and leg pain and found a bulge in the lumbar 4-5 intervertebral disc. The symptoms were very obvious in rainy weather. After more than 10 days of backward walking exercise, I saw the effect. The backward walking exercise is simple and easy to do, and it is a good exercise method for preventing and assisting in the treatment of lumbar diseases.

Hand over

Changing hands means that people who are used to doing things with their left hand should switch to doing them with their right hand; people who are used to doing things with their right hand should switch to doing them with their left hand. The human brain has two hemispheres. For people who are used to doing things with their right hand, the left hemisphere is the dominant hemisphere, and for people who are used to doing things with their left hand, the right hemisphere is the dominant hemisphere. The left brain is responsible for language, ethics, logic, and calculation. The right brain is related to music, drawing, image formation, etc. In life, there are more people who are used to doing things with their right hand than with their left hand. If these people switch to using their left hand to do things, it will be very beneficial in preventing brain aging and coordinating the body's balance ability; the same is true for people who are used to doing things with their left hand.

The above three exercise and fitness methods are very effective, and they are all very easy to do. They do not require any sports equipment. In addition, this exercise also requires endurance, just like running. It requires constant persistence to be effective. In fact, no matter what exercise you do, as long as you persist, it will be effective.
