Women need a variety of movements to enjoy

The various functions of the human body need to be used constantly, and they must be used reasonably and moderately. This reasonable and moderate use is a positive and beneficial exercise for the human body's functions. But unfortunately, many people do not pay much attention to the word "moderation". They are often accustomed to exercising under the guidance of books, newspapers and some so-called authorities, and have developed a so-called "good habit" of exercise.

In fact, many "good habit" exercises involve too many repetitive habitual movements and are of little benefit to balancing the body's functions. For example, most people, since they learned to walk, basically walk forward with their eyes fixed on the road, and rarely walk backwards or sideways. This fixes the use and nourishment of the parts of the human body that are set up to achieve this function, such as muscles, bones, tendons, etc., causing these parts to be in a state of tension for a long time and be overloaded, resulting in strain, while irrelevant parts either are not used, or are simply affected and are not used fully, let alone exercise and nourishment, causing the blood circulation and nerve impulses in these parts to be often dormant. Over time, the muscles and bones will inevitably lose their fullness and strength.

Similarly, some civil servants, company employees, drivers, etc., always repeat the same action for a long time at work; the cervical vertebra, waist back, spine and other parts are prone to discomfort or illness, which is the so-called "occupational disease". In this regard, we must consciously change our habitual posture, movements and mentality.

Fitness experts warn that there is no good or bad exercise habit. The key is not to be controlled and influenced by it for a long time, and not to be "stick to it" and become addicted to it. Or you can simply abandon and change all your habits. It is best to develop a habit of constantly changing your original habits, develop the habit of being "inconsistent" and "coming and going unpredictably", so that each habit can have a virtuous cycle in the person, change frequently, and become a "good partner" of human health.

In addition, changing the intensity and duration of exercise is also an aspect of exercise diversification. Each sport uses different muscles, or uses the same muscles in different ways. A variety of sports can make the body healthier more comprehensively. If you do a long, slow workout on the first day, you should shorten the time and increase the intensity on the second day.
