How to use a sit-up chair?

1. First, place your feet properly. Place your feet on top of the foam. Make it 90 degrees to the ground, then lie back without resting your head on the bench.

Secondly, when doing sit-ups, you should lie down, lower your center of gravity, place your hands on your ears, and slowly stand up. You should tighten your abdominal muscles and pause for a moment, then slowly lower your body back to the original position.

Then, when your back is against the bench, you can start the next cycle of movements. When doing sit-ups, you need to roll up your abdomen. Roll your upper body up into an arc. If you feel tired, you can put your hands on your abdomen and use them to slowly stand up.

3. Cross your fingers and place them behind your head. When you sit up, you often use the strength of your hands to lift your head, which can easily cause strain on the neck muscles. When sitting up, you should use your abdomen to exert force, instead of using your hands to lift your head up as we usually do.

4. Use your waist as support to exercise the upper abdomen, thighs, arms and other muscle groups. Doing this exercise regularly can give you a charming waist curve; however, the fulcrum of the feet becomes less, so you must exert more abdominal strength. If you want to achieve a beautiful abdomen quickly, this exercise should be practiced every day, but remember to proceed step by step. If you can't do the first one, please don't try it easily.

In fact, the most important thing to lose weight is to "control your mouth and move your legs". If you can stick to it, are you still afraid that you can't lose weight? In normal times, you should "stand instead of work, sit instead of lying down". If you go out to do things short distance, try not to drive. It's best to ride a bicycle, which can help you lose weight and is environmentally friendly.
