3. Avoid doing difficult movements or inverted poses during your menstrual period.

4. The best sportswear is made of pure cotton, loose and good at sweat absorption;

5. Prepare towels and bath towels for wiping sweat in advance. (Keep a set of underwear ready)

6. Take a shower and eat 30 minutes after the exercise.

7. If you feel uncomfortable during the exercise, please lie down and rest immediately.
