Seven-day weight loss yoga steps

1. Lie on your back, stretch your arms toward the top of your head, interlock your fingers, and turn your palms outward. Use your shoulders and heels for support, and lift your lower back and hips.

2. Press the sides of your head with your palms. Straighten your legs. Using your hips, lift your upper body and feet up.

3. Place your hands behind your neck. Straighten your feet and lift your soles. Use both hands to lift your head and shoulders off the ground. Keep your lower body still, rotate your waist, and turn your upper body to the left. Hold for 3 to 5 breaths. Turn in the opposite direction. Repeat 3 to 5 times.

4. Lie prone, support yourself with your abdomen, lift your upper body and legs, bend your elbows, and support yourself with your hands.

5. Lie on your back. Cross your hands behind your back and arch your back. Use the strength of your waist and hips to lift your legs and straighten them.

6. Lie on your back. Put your feet together. Keep your heels together, feet apart, and as close to your buttocks as possible. Tilt your head back and stretch your arms upward.

7. Continue with the previous movement, with the soles of your feet touching the ground, support yourself with your hands, and use the strength of your waist to stand up with your legs.

8. Lie prone. Bend your knees and bring your heels together. Lift your upper body and support yourself with your elbows. Tilt your head back.

9. Lie down. Cross your hands over your head and touch the ground with your fingers. Lift your head backward and use the top of your head to support the ground. Arch your waist. Lift your feet straight and point your toes.

10. Lie prone. Stretch your arms forward and support yourself with your wrists. Using your abdominal strength, lift your head and legs up. Straighten your legs.

11. Lie on your back, open your arms and legs to the sides, and stretch them straight. Using your hip strength, lift your feet up. Push straight outward.

12. Sit on the ground with your upper body and feet perpendicular. Push your feet straight.

13. Lie on your back. Keep your feet on the ground and your calves perpendicular to the ground. Stretch your arms out toward your head with your fingertips touching the ground. Use the strength of your shoulders and feet to support your waist and hips.
