Fitness is something that many people love nowadays. People want to improve their physical fitness, strengthen their bodies, etc. through fitness. However, there are also many people who do not like fitness. Those who do not like the gym think that fitness is a waste of time and has no benefits for people's health. Whether you get up early to run or swim, or go to the gym for strength training, be sure to pay attention to safety. On the one hand, safety requires warming up. The body may be conscious at that time, but the muscles are still recovering. Warming up at this time can increase the heart rate and body temperature, giving the body a buffer, making it less likely to get injured in the next intense exercise.

On the other hand, safety requires paying attention to others, especially when running. As running becomes popular all over the world, more and more people are running in parks or school playgrounds. Many people also want to run directly to work or school. However, although the air is good when they get up early, many people are still in a daze when driving. If you run to school or work, you must pay special attention to safety when running on the road.

Another benefit of getting up early to exercise is that you can clearly feel the passage of time each day. Some of my friends have to go to work at 2 pm and get off work at 10 pm due to work reasons. As a result, their daily routine is different from that of ordinary people. They sleep and then get up directly at noon to eat lunch. They seem to live only half a day, and getting up early makes them feel that the day is longer. This is also the feeling of most people who have exercised in the past, as if the day has become longer.

But when you get up early, don't neglect rest. You get up early and exercise very hard, which moves yourself and others. However, it should be pointed out that studies have shown that morning sleep is more important than exercise, and morning training is not suitable for everyone. Sacrificing sleep time in order to get up early will not only backfire, but will make you feel listless all day long. Especially for those who are used to getting up at eight o'clock, but force themselves to get up at five or six in the morning, they will not be in good spirits all day long.

Finally, the air is only fresh in the morning, but the oxygen content is not the highest, and our exercise effect is not the best. If you want to improve your athletic performance, it is recommended to exercise in the evening when the oxygen content is the highest and your body coordination is the best. This will allow you to get twice the result with half the effort and build the muscles and body you want.
