When is the best time to exercise in summer?

Fighting on the battlefield requires the right time, place and people. Only in this way can we win a battle. Therefore, we can draw a conclusion: no matter what we do, as long as the time is right, we can get perfect results. Take summer exercise as an example. You must choose a suitable time to exercise so as not to affect your body and to get good results. So, when is the best time to exercise in the summer?

In the summer, it is best to schedule physical exercise in the morning, afternoon and evening when the temperature is cooler, because these times can avoid heat stroke and sunstroke. As we all know, under normal circumstances, when engaging in physical exercise, although the human body continues to generate heat, under the regulation of the body temperature regulation center, the excess heat in the body is dissipated through radiation, convection, conduction and sweat evaporation, thereby maintaining a relatively stable body temperature. However, when exercising under conditions of high temperature and high humidity, the body's heat dissipation process becomes difficult, so body heat accumulates in large quantities, body temperature rises sharply, and heat stroke occurs. In mild cases, patients may experience dizziness, headache, palpitations, nausea, etc.; in severe cases, patients often experience cessation of sweating, coma, and unconsciousness. If not treated in time, they are often life-threatening.

In addition, long-term exposure to the sun can easily damage the brain and meninges, causing sunstroke similar to heat stroke. In summer, except for the cool mornings, afternoons and evenings, the temperature is very high at other times, especially between 11-16 o'clock. Therefore, you should try to avoid physical exercise during this period.

However, during the slightly cooler times of morning, afternoon and evening, it is more appropriate to exercise in the morning.

The weather is quite hot in the summer. If you stay in the sun for a long time in order to exercise, you are likely to show signs of heat stroke. Of course, even in summer, there is always cool weather. It is best for everyone to find a few cool times to exercise, which can avoid the stimulation of the sun on the body and also reap the good results of exercise.
