three. Mainly barbell. If the target is muscle, you can use mainly combination machines for safety and isolation purposes. But if the goal is strength, you must focus on movements such as barbell squats, front squats, and lunges. The only machine exercise recognized by strongmen is the leg press, which of course requires the addition of barbell plates.

Four. Heavy weights, low reps, and many sets. In bodybuilding training, 6rm is considered a heavy weight, but in strength training, 1~3rm is considered a heavy weight. Strongmen often do more than 20 sets of squats every day.

five. Emphasize aerobic training. Without good cardiopulmonary function, it is easy to get tired during strength training. It's not the muscles that get fatigued, it's the circulatory system. Therefore, we must attach importance to training such as running and mountain climbing.

If you want to have enough strength, train hard according to these movements! If you stick to it every day, you will have a good figure and maybe even eight-pack abs. You know, hard work pays off, and even an iron rod can be ground into a needle. No matter how fat you are, as long as you stick to exercising and don't give up halfway, you will become thin one day.
