Sprain: It is caused by sudden and sharp twisting of the joint, which twists the ligaments and tendons attached to the outside of the joint. Mostly occurs in the ankle, knee, The treatment methods for sprains in different parts of the wrist and waist are different. 5. Dislocation---that is, dislocation of the joint. Once a dislocation occurs, the patient should be advised to remain quiet, not to move, and not to rub the dislocated area.
