Many people who pursue strength will choose various methods to train their fist strength, but fist strength training also requires mastering effective methods to help us achieve twice the result with half the effort. It can quickly help us increase our fist strength. At the same time, we must persist and must not fish for three days and dry the net for two days. That will not achieve good results. Boxing force:

(1) Do not clench your fists too tightly when punching. This will affect your punching speed. When hitting the target, you should clench your fist tightly to increase the punching power and avoid finger injuries.

(2) Keep a good distance. If the distance is too far, the punch force will be weakened; if the distance is too close, the punch force will be blocked and become a pushing punch. The striking action is different from the pushing action. The real striking action is like swinging out like a whip - first slowly gathering strength, and then suddenly releasing it all at once.

(3) Changes in tightness. Relaxation and tightness are the key to generating explosive strikes. Inch power is generated during the rapid transition from one form of movement to another. Any movement produced by muscle contraction is completed through the coordinated cooperation of the agonist, synergist and antagonist muscles. Depending on the action, one part exerts force while the corresponding part relaxes. If you exert force rigidly from beginning to end, you will not be able to produce an explosive punch.

(4) Apply force evenly. "Integrity" of force means that the distribution of force must be balanced and coordinated, connected from top to bottom, and balanced from front to back, left to right. In actual combat, you must move your fists, steps, body, mind, qi, and strength all together. Only when all your strength is released in a very short moment can you create a powerful striking force.

(5) Integration of boxing and footwork. The size of your punch depends on two factors. First, you need to improve your muscle structure to make it stronger without losing its elasticity. Secondly, one must have the correct footwork to unleash tremendous punching power and transmit it to the opponent. One must have flexible footwork and exert force during movement to adapt to the martial arts needs of actual combat.

(6) Centerline principle. The midline of the human body is not only the location of the center of gravity, but also the location of the vital points of the human body. In a fight, defend the center line of your body from top to bottom, and at the same time attack the opponent's center line. When the punch is thrown from the center of the body, the hands, shoulders, waist, knees and feet on the front half of the body should form a straight line. At this time, the body structure is lined up in a straight line, forming the strong side of the body. Good body support and the free use of muscles will produce a very powerful blow.
