In daily life, we often see men sweating on the playground, playing basketball, football, volleyball and other sports. The girls also engage in various exercises that are beneficial to their body and mind, such as skipping rope, etc. However, injuries are inevitable during sports. If you are injured, you will not be able to prescribe the right medicine without an examination. So what exactly do we mean by sports injury examination? Today, the editor will give you some basic knowledge. 1. Prevention and treatment of sports injuries 1. The cardiopulmonary resuscitation process includes three parts: A. Judging consciousness and clearing the airway; B. Artificial respiration; C. Artificial circulation. 2. Steps of cardiopulmonary resuscitation: 1. Pat, shout, and dial "120". 2. Position the patient with his face facing up (loosen the patient's collar, unbutton his clothes, tie, and belt to ensure smooth breathing) 3. Judgment awareness: First, look (whether the injured person's eyeballs are moving, whether the pupils are dilated, and whether the chest and upper abdomen are rising and falling with breathing) Second, listen (whether there is any breathing sound from the mouth and nose of the injured person, and whether the rescuer's head is tilted to the side with ears downward) Three senses (determine whether the casualty has spontaneous breathing and consciousness, whether there is airflow in the mouth and nose, and mainly observe the rise and fall of the chest) 4. Clear the airway: Tilt your head back and lift your chin, clear any foreign matter or secretions in your mouth, and ensure that the airway is clear. (If you have dentures, take them out. If you have tongue prolapse, pull them out.) 5. Pinch the nose and support the chin, and do artificial respiration twice 6. Place the index and middle fingers of your right hand gently on the injured person's carotid artery to determine if there is a heartbeat (pulse). 7. Perform 30 chest compressions Indicators of effective cardiopulmonary resuscitation: (1) When pressing the carotid and femoral arteries, a pulse should be felt and the systolic pressure should be above 90 mmHg. (2) The complexion, lips, nail beds and skin turn red. (3) The dilated pupil shrinks again. (4) Improved breathing or spontaneous breathing. As long as the first 1-2 valid indicators appear. Cardiac compressions should be continued. It can be seen from this that sports injury examination is a doctor who will determine the extent of your sports injury and treatment plan based on your own situation in order to help you recover better and reach a normal physical level as soon as possible. Therefore, the editor here recommends that you go to a regular hospital for a physical examination after a sports injury to prevent self-judgment from causing greater physical damage. |
