Simple exercise is very boring, but we must also make progress in the process of exercise, for example, the body becomes more fit day by day, and the immunity gradually increases. You may as well measure some health knowledge after exercising every day, such as measuring your blood pressure, weight, lung capacity, pulse, etc. Through this health measurement, you can clearly discover the benefits of exercise, which is also conducive to making yourself fall in love with sports.
