1. People with higher body weight are advised to choose running shoes with motion control when running. They can improve the runner's control over the heel and running motion, and support the arch of the foot. Its external features include a thickened arch area and a medium to heavy weight.

2. People who have good running skills and land on the forefoot or middle of the foot and support themselves with the sole and the outside of the foot can choose shock-absorbing and padded shoes with medium to heavy weight and thicker soles.

3. For people with mild to moderate inversion of the feet who use the middle and outer parts of the foot for support, it is recommended that they choose stable shoes with medium weight when running.

4. People with good running skills, light weight or mild inward pronation of the feet should choose competition shoes, which are lighter in weight.

5. When running on natural surfaces such as land and forests, you can choose cross-country shoes, which have thicker soles, deeper grooves, and heavier weight.

It can be seen that it is very necessary to choose a pair of suitable sports shoes for exercise. This will allow you to exercise more freely and reduce the discomfort caused by exercise. Also, when running, be sure to choose older shoes. It is best not to wear new shoes to avoid hurting your feet due to ill-fitting shoes.
