5. Play tennis. Playing tennis with your friends for fitness purposes rather than in competition, or hitting the ball against the wall by yourself without a partner, this type of tennis sport that can be sustained for a long time is also an exercise that can lower blood lipids.

If you want to lower your blood lipids through exercise, you can do some aerobic exercises, such as jogging and brisk walking mentioned above.
