What kind of shoes are good for fitness?

Sports shoes are a very common type of shoes we usually wear. Sports shoes are comfortable to wear and are very suitable for various needs of daily activities and sports. Many people choose sports shoes when they travel far away or exercise. Nowadays, the awareness of fitness is becoming stronger and stronger. Many people wear sports shoes whether they are at work or at rest. Some students even wear their shoes until they are broken. In fact, this is a big misunderstanding. Generally speaking, fitness enthusiasts should prepare at least two pairs of multifunctional sports shoes.

What shoes are suitable for fitness?

The functionality of sports shoes dictates that they should be replaced regularly. Although some shoes may still look bright on the surface, they may no longer provide adequate support and "shock absorption" after reaching their expiration date. As for whether the sneakers are expired, you can judge from the following three angles: if the heel has a clear curvature, and the pattern or logo on the sole has become blurred, you should replace it without hesitation; secondly, look at the shoe shape. If the sneakers are too curled up, or the heels collapse from the inside, you should also replace them; finally, if you feel some discomfort or even pain in your ankles, knees or waist after wearing a pair of sneakers for a period of time, it means that this pair of shoes is not suitable for you. On the contrary, if a pair of shoes has become twisted and wrinkled according to the shape of your feet, it is even more necessary to replace them.

This is a big misunderstanding. Generally speaking, fitness enthusiasts should prepare at least two pairs of multi-functional sports shoes or jogging shoes and replace them once a week. Taking into account seasonal factors, if the temperature difference where you live is large, you should prepare two pairs each for winter and summer. If your children like sports, you should consider buying another pair of special sports shoes, such as basketball shoes, football shoes, etc.

In addition, do not wear special sports shoes too often in daily life. Although sports shoes have hard and fixed uppers and soles of uniform thickness, which are conducive to the rotation of the foot, they are not conducive to daily activities. If you wear special sports shoes for a long time, it will increase the chance of foot joint diseases. Therefore, it is recommended that you have multiple pairs of shoes to exchange when exercising.
