Supine exercise: Lie on your back on the bed or bench, hold dumbbells in both hands, stretch your arms out, rely on the contraction of your chest muscles to raise your arms straight up, then relax and return to the original position, repeat 20-30 times per minute. Exercise in bed: Lie prone on the edge of the bed, stick your chest out of the bed, then lift your upper body and alternate your hands in a "rowing" posture. 10-15 times per minute.
