5. Suspension with legs raised: After suspension, bend your knees when lifting your legs and keep your legs close to your abdomen. Hold this position with your shoulders and arms suspended for a few seconds, then lower them, relax your whole body, and straighten it. The way to hang upside down is to fix your two feet at a certain height, hang your body upside down, and make sure your arms do not touch the ground. The hanging position should last for 1 to 2 minutes. Doing it several times a day will be very beneficial for growing taller.
