Place your hands on the railing or rack, shoulder-width apart. Then slowly lower your upper body while keeping your knees slightly bent 2-3 cm. Your hips should be directly over your feet. Keep your breathing even.

Next, bend your knees more and feel the stretch. Placing your hands at different heights can change the area being stretched. When you get good at this move, it can really help stretch your spine. Hold the stretch for 20 seconds. Keep your knees slightly bent when you make contact with this move.

Another move that can increase the stretch is to cross one leg across the midline of the body from behind the body while slowly leaning in the opposite direction. Hold this position for 10 seconds, doing the same exercise on both sides.
