How to slim down your calves with yoga

Yoga weight loss is a new weight loss method nowadays. It can be regarded as exercise for weight loss, and doing yoga can be regarded as aerobic exercise. Squat to slim your calves

By using simple movements such as squatting and standing, you can exercise the lines of your calves, which can also help correct bow legs. The secret is to stand on the base of your palms, so keep your toes off the ground as much as possible when doing the movements.

Step 1: Stand with your feet slightly apart, stretch your arms forward and hold the wall, keep your back straight, and extend your spine toward the top of your head. After your heels are firmly on the ground, spread your toes and lift them up to prepare.

Step 2: Take a deep breath and lift your heels up, with your toes still curled up. Make sure your body remains extended toward the top of your head as much as possible, with your back straight. You can bend your elbows slightly to help with balance, and look straight ahead.

Step 3: After lifting your heels up to the highest point you can reach, exhale deeply and slowly press your heels down, but your toes and heels still do not touch the ground.

Step 4: As you exhale and your heels drop, sit back with your hips so that your body is at a right angle to your thighs and knees. Keep your back straight and your toes off the ground. Repeat Step 1 to 4, 3 to 5 times as a set, repeat 3 to 5 sets.

Stretch the Achilles tendon, lift the calf muscles, reduce the slack muscles in this area, convert them into energy muscles, and change the direction of the muscles.

In fact, squatting can have a certain effect in slimming down your calves, but when doing this yoga exercise, you must be especially careful not to overdo it. Excessive exercise can cause some harm to your body. However, this type of exercise can well train the lines of your calves, and can also well correct your previous O-shaped legs.
