4. Variation of exercise method; as the name suggests, variation of exercise method is to constantly change the intensity, content, form of exercise to increase your interest and excitement in exercise. For example, when running long distances, if you often run around the playground, you will feel bored, so you can try cross-country running instead.

The above four types are the exercises that I introduced that will cause a lot of sweating. Friends who love sports and like the feeling of sweating can try them.
