Should I wear tights or loose pants for running?

As more and more people join the fitness ranks, the wearing of sportswear has also begun to be discussed. Many people think that they should wear loose sports pants when running, which will not stick with sweat and will be more comfortable. In fact, you should wear professional sports tights when running. Sports tights are more sweat-absorbent and easy to dry, unlike loose clothes which are cumbersome. This article introduces the benefits of wearing sports tights. Let’s take a look.

Sports tights are suitable for wearing when running.

The main function of tights is to wick away moisture. When you sweat during exercise, the functional fabrics [polyester-polyester fiber; spandex-polyurethane fiber, also called "Lycra"; nylon-polyamide fiber, also called "nylon" = collectively referred to as "heterosexual fibers"] can regulate the body's humidity and temperature, discharge sweat in time, and keep the body dry, so that you can perform in the best possible condition. In addition, the tights fabric has super elasticity, which can contract muscles during exercise, allowing your muscles to fully exert force when they need to. It can be summarized into four functions:

One is moisture wicking. Due to the special structure of clothing fibers, its moisture conduction rate can be up to 5 times that of ordinary cotton fabrics, so it can quickly transfer sweat from the human body.

The second is quick drying. Sweat evaporation is mainly completed by the body's radiant heat and air convection, but because the surface area of fiber fabrics is much larger than that of ordinary fabrics, it evaporates faster.

Third, it is light and breathable. The fabric shape of special fibers determines that clothes of the same area will be much lighter than ordinary clothes, have better breathability, and are obviously more comfortable to wear.

Fourth, reduce fatigue. Tight clothing can reduce muscle shaking and energy consumption. Due to the presence of pressure, blood in the lower limbs can return to the heart faster, thereby increasing the body's energy supply, prolonging the time of exercise, and reducing fatigue.
