Can skinny people build muscle?

Some people exercise to lose weight and build muscles, while some thin people exercise to have the beauty of muscles. The fundamental reason why thin people cannot gain weight is poor digestive system and unbalanced nutrition. Many thin people, after a period of exercise, not only do not grow muscles, but become thinner. So doubts arise, suspecting that thin people cannot build muscles. In fact, this is not the case. It is because they did not take the correct method to exercise.

If a skinny person wants to build muscles, he needs to use heavy weights in his training. The so-called heavy weight training requires the trainee to continuously break through his or her maximum weight as much as possible. Generally, during the training process, thin people are required to do 8 to 12 sets of heavy weight exercises, constantly breaking their maximum weight. The more maximum weight they break, the better the effect of their training will be, and the more muscles their body will grow.

Secondly, thin people need to supplement proper nutrition after each heavy weight training. For example, they need to supplement high-protein foods within 30 minutes after each exercise, such as eggs, chicken breast, fish, shrimp, beef, etc.

To increase muscle size, you need to control your diet and eat more egg whites, milk, beef, and bananas. To increase muscle size quickly, you also need to supplement with an appropriate amount of protein powder (I don't know if this thing has any side effects, but everyone in the gym eats it anyway). To lose weight, you also need to avoid all sugary drinks, drink more water, and eat more vegetables. Finally, if thin people want to grow muscle through exercise, they need to make unremitting efforts. It may take at least 3 to 6 months, or at most 3 to 5 years, and only by constant persistence can you completely change your body and make thin people become strong and firm.

The above are some scientific and correct methods for thin people to build muscles. As long as you persevere, I believe even the thinnest person will develop muscles and the body will become healthy. Insist on exercising a little every day, eating some muscle-building foods, such as milk, chicken, etc., eating small meals frequently every day, and eating some appetizing fruits as nutritional supplements, I believe it won't take too long to see changes.
