3. Exercises to reduce belly fat

(2) Hold your head with your hands, bend your legs, press your soles hard on the ground, place your right heel on your left knee, and lift your left foot a few inches off the ground. Lift your body and feet so that your head touches your right knee. Hold this position for 2-3 seconds. Repeat, but without touching the ground with your left foot, place your left heel on your right knee and repeat. Repeat for 10 seconds.

(3) Stretch your arms out to the sides and keep your feet together. Lift your right foot up, relax your knee, and rotate your hips to the left so that your right foot lies across your body on the floor. Slowly return your right foot to the original position, then lift your left foot upward and continue. Repeat 10 times.
