5. Schedule exercise in your free time

Don't schedule exercise into a time that could be taken up by other important things. After work or in the morning when you wake up are both good times to exercise. If it is scheduled during the lunch break, it is likely to be occupied because the work has not been completed.

6. Exercise with friends

Get some friends to join your exercise program. With the social element, you'll be more likely to stick to your physical activity commitments.
