(1) Head movement

(2) Wrist movement

(3) Ankle joint activities

Toes touch the ground and ankles circle inward for the beat. Then, circle outwards 1x 8 beats, alternating between the two feet. You can also do the whole sole of the foot, four-position foot, and heel-pulling for 1x8 beats.

(4) Knee joint movement

Keep your legs together and circle to the left for 1x8 beats, then circle to the right for 1x8 beats. You can also spread your legs and circle inward for 1x8 beats, outward for 1x8 beats, or do flexion and extension exercises.
