Doing them frequently will cause harm to the body and bring burden to the body. I started thinking about these questions a few days ago. I usually don’t pay much attention to these things when I exercise. It was only when a friend raised such a question that I started to think about it. There are also many friends who don’t know what they should not do when exercising. Now I will tell you what my friend said.

1. Don’t squat to rest. This is a very common practice. When you feel tired after exercise, you squat or sit down thinking that you can save energy and rest. In fact, this is a wrong practice: if you squat to rest immediately after fitness exercise, it will hinder the blood return to the lower limbs, affect blood circulation, and deepen muscle fatigue. In severe cases, gravity shock may occur. Therefore, after each exercise, you should adjust your breathing rhythm, walk and swing your arms, and do some relaxation and adjustment activities to promote the blood from the limbs to flow back to the heart, so as to pay off the "oxygen debt", speed up physical recovery and eliminate fatigue.

2. Don't be greedy for cold drinks. Exercise often makes people sweat profusely, especially in summer. With the consumption of a large amount of water, people will always feel dry mouth and urgent need to drink water after exercise. Most of them are young people who like to buy some cold drinks to cool off and quench their thirst. However, the human digestive system is still in a suppressed state and its function is low at this time. If you drink a lot of cold drinks in order to cool down and quench your thirst, it can easily cause gastrointestinal cramps, abdominal pain, diarrhea, and induce gastrointestinal diseases. Therefore, do not drink a lot of cold drinks immediately after exercise. You can drink a small amount of boiled water or salt water.

3. Do not drop your body temperature suddenly. During exercise, blood vessels on the body surface expand, body temperature rises, pores dilate, and perspiration increases. If you walk into an air-conditioned room or take a nap in the air vent immediately after exercise, or rinse your head with cold water to cool down, your skin will tighten and sweat will stop, causing physiological dysfunction such as temperature regulation, and a decrease in immune function, leading to colds, diarrhea, asthma and other symptoms. Smoking after exercise will cause the air inhaled into the lungs to be mixed with a large amount of smoke. On the one hand, it will reduce the oxygen content, which is not conducive to paying off the "oxygen debt" and makes it difficult to eliminate body fatigue. On the other hand, when the human body inhales such foggy air, it will affect the gas exchange in the human alveoli, causing the human body to experience chest tightness, wheezing, difficulty breathing, dizziness, fatigue, etc. due to insufficient oxygen supply after exercise.
