8. Pregnant women should be careful when practicing yoga. Although there is so-called prenatal yoga for pregnant women, it only refers to people who have practiced yoga for a long time. If you have never practiced yoga before, it is recommended to practice it after 12 weeks of pregnancy and the doctor has assessed that the pregnancy is in good condition.
