The killer move for losing weight is this

Flow yoga is a type of yoga that is loved by everyone. Today, I will share with you our flow yoga. What is flow yoga? What are the benefits and effects of flow yoga? What are the basic flow yoga movements? How should flow yoga be practiced? Want to know? Let's learn about it together!

Flow Yoga

Flow yoga is a type of yoga that focuses on stretching, strength, flexibility, endurance, balance, and concentration. The connection between its postures gives people a sense of smooth and seamless completion, so it is called "flow yoga". Flow yoga emphasizes the harmony between movement and breathing. Each movement should be held for a longer time to carefully experience the body's sensations.

Ashtanga Yoga

The Ashtanga yoga school was developed by American yoga practitioners in 1975, and its traditional teaching method is Mysore style (a self-supervised and managed practice method named after the birthplace of Ashtanga yoga).

Strict flow yoga requires students to practice strictly according to the sequence of flow yoga postures. Therefore, students must learn the previous postures before we can proceed to the next step of learning.

Ashtanga Yoga requires daily or regular, fixed practice time. Each student will practice at his or her own pace and level. An Ashtanga Yoga class takes one to two hours, depending on the student's learning progress. But beginners are more likely to practice for shorter periods of time.

Hatha Vinyasa Flow Yoga is a very popular type of yoga nowadays.

During the practice, the body is strengthened with a combination of movements as smooth as flowing water. It focuses on comprehensive training of stretching, strength, flexibility, endurance and concentration, so that each core posture can be closely connected using different connecting postures (vinyasa). The connection between its postures gives people a sense of being done in one go.

Therefore, flow yoga also has certain requirements on the students' physical strength. It requires a certain amount of physical strength to complete a whole set of movements smoothly.

Flow yoga is also called "flowing water yoga". It is a school of yoga that was born and established in Europe and the United States after yoga spread to the West. It is a mixture of Hatha Yoga and Ashtanga Yoga. Its practice style and difficulty are somewhere in between.

Most common flow yoga practices begin with the traditional sun salutation, not the A and B of ashtanga (many people think that AB of Ashtanga should be used, which is wrong).

Use traditional sun salutations to warm up the body, so that the body and mind reach a state of unity and harmony, and then enter the practice of different asanas (which we call core asanas). In standard practice, core asanas must mostly be straddling types, and use vinyasa (the connecting part) to connect each core asana in series, while strictly ensuring the tightness of the connection between the core asanas and the series asanas.

End with a handstand or a larger stretch, and also make sure to rest for more than 10 minutes at the end.

Of course, different practitioners have different difficulty levels and styles, so here we can divide the flow yoga series into three levels.

First-stage series

Use vinyasa to connect each independent posture, distinguishing between left and right. It should be noted here that there is no jumping in vinyasa, and the jumping connection of Ashtanga is not used. Instead, they are all single-leg movements in series.

Secondary series

Abandon vinyasa and make each core pose closely connected and varied in series, but it must be ensured that all poses are standing straddle types.

Three-stage series

This level of series exercises is designed for people who are too old or too weak to practice, in order to keep the exercise smooth and allow many people who are not very physically fit to participate.

You just need to ensure that the transitions between postures are smooth. You can simplify the postures that do not appear in standard flow yoga, such as sitting posture and fighting posture.
