Is the standing start position difficult?

In fact, for everyone, developing good exercise habits is very beneficial to physical health. Therefore, if you have children at home, you must exercise them from an early age and let them fall in love with sports, especially running, which is a simple and effective form of exercise. Sometimes children or adults may also participate in some running competitions. So, is the standing starting position difficult to do?

The standing start method is not very difficult and is often used for middle- and long-distance running and for teenagers. Although it is simple and easy to learn, it is easy to start early and commit a foul if you don't grasp the timing well. The crouch start requires three commands and the movement is quite difficult, so it is often used in the 800-meter tests in junior high and high schools.

Before starting, bend your upper body slightly, stand naturally with your feet, relax, and wait for the start signal. When you hear the command to get in position, put your left foot on the starting line first, and place your right foot about a calf length away from your left foot, behind your left foot. When it's time to shoot, quickly move your body's center of gravity forward, lean your body and right hand slightly forward, and rush out of the starting line. The most important thing to master the standing start posture is to keep your feet apart and in a bent state, and to grasp the position of the center of gravity. The correct posture is to put the center of gravity on the front leg. If the center of gravity is on the back leg before the start, you will need to transfer the center of gravity to the front leg after the gun goes off before you can rush out. This will invisibly increase the starting time and fall behind others.

You must concentrate when you start running. The gunshot is only a matter of a moment. Try to start running at the moment the gunshot is heard. Don't wait until the gun has finished firing before starting. In addition, many people will suddenly raise their center of gravity or raise their heads after starting to run. Do not raise your center of gravity instantly after starting to run, otherwise it will cause an unstable center of gravity. Maintain the correct posture and keep running forward, and your center of gravity will slowly recover. It is possible that some people may use the same hands and feet when running, so when starting, pay attention to placing the opposite arm in front to avoid the sudden phenomenon of using the same hands and feet.
