Similarly, fixing the middle and lower parts and then pulling the chest squeeze also exercises different parts of the body.

5. Flat Dumbbell Fly

The weight used for fly is slightly lighter than that for bench press. In addition to the chest, it also requires certain arm strength. But it will create nice lines.
