5. Dizziness and headache

This condition occurs after strenuous exercise and is mainly related to changes in blood pressure and low oxygen levels in the blood.

6. Thirst

It is normal to feel thirsty after strenuous exercise, but you should pay attention to replenishing water before, during and after exercise.

7. Feeling mentally stressed

The original intention of fitness and exercise is to relieve stress and make the body and mind happy. If you feel that your body and mind cannot relax after exercise, you will feel physically and mentally exhausted. You should adjust yourself in time and reduce the amount of exercise.
