This discovery was used by them as a means to adjust the body, namely "Asana". They also discovered that: "If you can control your breathing, you can control your life." In order to regulate the disordered and floating qi, the "breathing method" came into being. In addition, from the perspective of yoga philosophy, "Qi" is the root of the creation of all things in the universe and nature. If the "qi" of the body's microcosm is not in harmony with the "qi" of nature, disease will occur. Then, this self that has always been driven by feelings, has always been a slave to the senses, has lost its original appearance and is extremely troubled, now knows how to control feelings by itself and find its true self. Man and the universe should be unified, not in the sense that the characteristics of man and the universe are similar, but in the sense that they are integrated in essence. The universe is vast, matter is indestructible, energy is conserved, it is boundless in space and has no beginning or end in time. It creates all things in the world, which are both infinitely changing and yet integrated. Its essence is vastness, inclusiveness, creativity and coordination.
