Choose a racket of appropriate weight. Different racket weights will have different hitting effects. For example, if the racket is too light, it will increase the hitting speed but reduce the hitting power. Therefore, a medium-hard racket should be selected for offensive play, and a lighter racket can be selected for defensive play.

Check if the racket is bent, and carefully observe the shaft and frame to see if there are any bends or bumps.
