What is lower limb mobility disorder?

In the eyes of people today, square dancing is not just an entertainment program, but a better way to maintain health. Because the whole body muscles can be stretched and relaxed to the beat of the music, the movement obstacles of the lower limbs are greatly reduced. Square dancing is now not only popular in China, but has also spread abroad and swept the world, so its advantages are recognized by the world. So how is lower limb mobility disorder defined?

1. The concept of physical disability

The disability standard of the Second National Sample Survey of Disabled Persons in 2006 stipulates that physical disability refers to the

transport

Limb loss or paralysis (paralysis) or deformity of the limbs or trunk caused by structural and functional damage to the locomotor system

etc., leading to

Various degrees of loss of motor function and limitations in activities or participation.

Physical disabilities include:

(1) Loss, deformity or functional impairment of upper or lower limbs due to injury, disease or developmental abnormality

(2) Deformity or dysfunction of the spine due to injury, disease or developmental abnormality

(3) Dysfunction of the trunk or limbs caused by injury, disease or developmental abnormalities of the central or peripheral nerves.

2. Classification of physical disabilities

The disability standards of the second national sample survey of people with disabilities in 2006 divided physical disabilities into the following four levels:

Physical disability: Level 1 physical disability: unable to independently carry out daily living activities:

1) Quadriplegia: severe loss of motor function in all four limbs

2) Paraplegia: Complete loss of motor function in both lower limbs

3) Hemiplegia: Complete loss of motor function on one side

4) Loss of one or both upper limbs and lower legs

5) Loss of one or both lower limbs and forearms

6) Loss of both upper arms and one thigh (or one calf)

7) Loss of both upper limbs or both lower limbs

8) Limbs are missing in different parts

9) Extremely severe functional impairment of both upper limbs or severe functional impairment of all three limbs.

Physical disability Level 2: Basically unable to carry out daily life activities independently.

1) Hemiplegia or paraplegia, with the residual limbs retaining some function (unable to walk independently)

2) Loss of both upper arms or forearms

3) Missing both thighs

4) Loss of one upper limb and one thigh

5) Loss of one lower limb and one upper arm

6) Three limbs are missing in different parts (except for the case in level 1)

7) Severe impairment of two limb functions or moderate impairment of three limb functions.

Physical disability Level 3: Able to partially independently carry out daily living activities.

1) Missing lower legs

2) Loss of one forearm or above

3) Loss of one thigh or above

4) The thumbs of both hands or all fingers other than the thumbs of both hands are missing

5) Two limbs are missing in different parts (except for the case of level 2)

For this type of movement disorder, drug control is only one aspect. Why not move your body more and fundamentally reduce the risk of disease? Of course, this disease does not occur in a fixed group of people, so people of all ages should also pay attention!
