Step 4: While inhaling slowly, bend your right elbow, raise your left hand, press your right elbow with your palm, breathe naturally, and maintain this position for 10-15 seconds.

step5: Keep your right hand unchanged, bend your left elbow backward, hold the fingers of both hands, and press down with your right hand. Breathe naturally and hold this position for 10-15 seconds.

Precautions
