Twist Sit on the bed with your back straight and legs stretched out. Then bend your left leg and place your left foot on the right side of your right leg. Support your body with your left hand behind you, grab your left ankle with your right hand, and twist your body to the left and back. 6. Dance Hold the bed frame with one hand, then use your other hand to grab the ankle of the same-side foot and lift that leg up. Lean forward slightly and lift your legs as high as possible.
