2. It is best not to eat within 2 hours before doing yoga, otherwise you may feel nauseous during the practice. Generally, I will drink a glass of water 20 minutes before practice to replenish water.

3. Before practicing yoga, you need to do warm-up exercises and be sure to do a complete set of yoga. I signed up for a yoga class at the gym, so I usually don’t be late for class and ensure I complete my yoga practice, so that I can achieve weight loss results.

4. During yoga practice, do not interrupt the exercise at will. Walking out of the classroom at will is disrespectful to the teacher and other students. If you really feel you can't hold on, you can take a short break and then continue practicing.

5. Do not eat within 1 hour after exercise. Half an hour after finishing your yoga practice, you can take a shower to relax your muscles. After that, you can eat more alkaline foods rich in sodium, which is very helpful in eliminating fatigue after exercise.

The weight loss principle of hot yoga is to use high temperature to make the body sweat a lot, so as to achieve the purpose of rapid weight loss, while traditional yoga stimulates the body to sweat autonomously through stretching exercises.
