First, separate your legs, bring your knees together, and press them hard against each other for eight seconds. Repeat until you get off the car. When you go to the copier to make copies or faxes, you may want to lift one leg to a 90-degree angle. Then use the toe of the other foot to support your whole body, and then slowly lower it down. Do this ten times with each foot. If you are used to climbing the stairs step by step, you might as well take bigger steps, two steps at a time, and try to shift your weight to your front leg.
