If you skip breakfast, your gallbladder will be full for a long time due to fasting, which can easily induce chronic cholecystitis. The bile in the gallbladder will be stored for too long, causing oversaturation of cholesterol in the bile, which in turn causes cholesterol deposition and gradually forms stones.

In addition, after a night's sleep, the human body loses a lot of water. When people sleep, their skin and respiratory tract lose about 20 to 35 grams of water per hour. Combined with the excretion of urine, the body will be in a relatively dehydrated state. If you don't have the habit of drinking water in the morning, your blood will become thicker and flow more slowly, making it easy to form blood clots. This will lead to a significant decrease in blood volume, discomfort such as chest tightness, palpitations, dizziness, and may even cause myocardial infarction.

For the sake of health, Zhou Jie recommends that friends drink a large glass of warm water as soon as possible after getting up. At this time, the intestinal mucosa can quickly absorb water into the blood circulation, effectively increasing blood volume, diluting blood, reducing blood viscosity, and promoting blood circulation, thereby preventing angina pectoris, myocardial infarction, cerebral hemorrhage, cerebral thrombosis, etc.

After getting up early and drinking water, you should wait for a while before exercising. This will help clear metabolic products from the digestive tract, accelerate the excretion of toxins in the body, and relieve constipation, a common problem among the elderly.

Exercising immediately after breakfast is likely to cause stomach pain, stomach cramps and other problems.
