After running, remember to relax, pat yourself down and do some leg stretches. Jogging is the most effective exercise for losing weight, but remember to relax.

Relax 15-30 minutes after the actual exercise. Repeat the stretching movements in the warm-up and do more body massage, especially on your calves.
