1. Warm up

Don't get on the treadmill or use other fitness equipment to exercise as soon as you enter the gym. You need at least 10 to 15 minutes of warm-up exercises to stretch your body and muscles to avoid straining muscles or ligaments during the fitness exercise later.

2. Full body exercise

If you want to lose weight and get a better body by going to the gym, you need to do a full-body workout instead of just losing weight in certain areas. Don't limit yourself to just one part of your body. Exercising just one part of your body will hardly have the effect of shaping your body. Of course, if you are already very satisfied with your figure and just want to lose fat in a certain part, then it is not wrong to "specialize" in that part.

3. Increase the intensity appropriately

Losing weight in the gym is also a gradual process. Don't force yourself to exercise at the same intensity for a long time. After your body adapts to a certain intensity of exercise, if you continue to exercise at this intensity, your body will get very little feedback. Only by increasing the intensity of exercise appropriately can you lose more weight.

4. Adjust your fitness plan

You should change your fitness intensity appropriately and adjust your weight loss plan in a timely manner. If you stick to the same weight loss plan throughout the year, you'll usually find that your weight loss stagnates or even increases. Therefore, after the body has been shaped through exercise for a period of time, the fitness and weight loss plan should be adjusted appropriately to see better weight loss results.
