Is fitness effective in losing weight?

When we want to exercise, we will definitely choose to use some fitness methods to exercise ourselves. However, the purpose of fitness for some obese people is not just for the fitness effect. If the body is obese, then what everyone wants more in the process of fitness is the effect of weight loss. However, some people are worried that they will not get the effect of weight loss while exercising, so their hard work will be in vain. So, is the effect of fitness for weight loss obvious?

Regular swimming can gradually remove excess body fat without becoming obese. When swimming, the buoyancy, resistance and pressure of water act as an excellent massage for the human body and can also beautify the skin.

①After entering the water, immediately find the comfort of floating body. Middle-aged or elderly people or those with weak constitutions should use minimal movements to maintain floating movements. They can use both hands to paddle, regulate their breathing, close their eyes as if they are about to fall asleep, and they can get out of the water immediately when they are suddenly awakened or open their eyes on their own.

② When exiting the water, move slowly, feel the weight of your body in the water, and compare the feeling of floating in the water with the feeling of gravity on land. Some people who are physically strong find it difficult to experience this feeling. In this case, they can just swim a certain distance with a low movement frequency so as not to speed up their heartbeat.

Swimming is a healthy aerobic exercise. A 2-3 hour swimming session can help you lose 1-2 kg. As long as time and energy permit, there is no limit to how often you have to swim. Swimming every day or 2-3 times a week is a good way to exercise.

As for how long you should swim each time, 40-60 minutes is generally recommended. If you swim too long, you will become overly tired. If you swim too short, you will not achieve the desired exercise effect. Generally, the best swimming effect is to swim until you feel relaxed but not tired. This is the optimal swimming time.

In fact, the weight loss effect you want to achieve when exercising varies from person to person. Many people achieve fitness effects and slimming and weight loss effects after exercising, but some people do not achieve weight loss effects. This is also determined by physical constitution. If it is acidic, it will be more troublesome to get better weight loss effects. Therefore, in daily life, you must combine diet to improve and adjust yourself.
