1. Running or doing strenuous exercise as soon as you get up is not good for your health. If you are up in the middle of the night, there is nothing wrong with going for a run early in the morning. But if you exercise soon after getting up, your brain nerves are not fully activated yet, so doing strenuous exercise is not good for your brain health. Many people believe that people will feel more energetic after running. In fact, this is because the brain nerves gradually become active during the running process. It is the same whether you run or not. Thinking that you will feel more energetic after a morning run is just a psychological effect.

2. The air is not fresh in the morning. Many people think that the air is freshest in the morning, but it is not. As soon as the sun comes out in the morning, many plants begin photosynthesis while evaporating water. The oxygen released during photosynthesis reacts with impurities that remain in the air all night (the air contains more water at night than during the day, so some impurities such as dust will remain in the air and cannot dissipate). Therefore, the oxygen inhaled when the sun comes out early in the morning is different from the oxygen we usually inhale. The reason why the morning air feels particularly different is that we are used to breathing the normal air, so the morning air feels different and “fresh”.

3. Therefore, you have to wait for a long time after the sun comes out before you start working and living. This is because the impurities that have been in the air all night have to disappear with the dissipation of the fog. Only then will the air be truly fresh. In general, morning jogging is unhealthy. Not only morning jogging, but even taking a walk or exercising in the park early in the morning is not good for your health. It is recommended that you run at night. First, your body has been fully warmed up after a day's activities, and the effect of physical exercise will be better at this time. Second: taking a bath after running helps you sleep better.
