What are the beginner yoga methods to slim down your legs?

Yoga has many exercises for the legs, and almost all of them are good ways to make your legs thinner. Many people who are new to yoga want to lose weight quickly, but some people don’t know how to practice yoga to lose weight quickly. Today, the yoga leg-slimming movement I’m going to introduce to you is a very comprehensive leg-slimming movement that can be effective from the front, side, and back. The most important thing is that this movement is especially suitable for friends who have just started practicing yoga, and they don’t have to worry about body stiffness anymore.

Steps/Methods

>01Stand up and inhale.

Exhale, hug your arms behind your back, hold your right elbow with your right hand, hold your left elbow with your right hand, and open your shoulders backwards.

Inhale, open your feet to shoulder width, open your left foot 90 degrees to the left, turn your right foot 60 degrees to the left, turn your upper body to the left, lean back, and tilt your head back to the maximum limit.

>02 Exhale, move your body closer to your legs, and bring your chin as close to your knees as possible, but do not bend your spine, keep it straight, and feel the stretch in your upper body. At the same time, the back of your right leg and the front of your left leg are stretched, but do not bend your legs.

Hold for 3-5 deep breaths (or breathe naturally for 15-20 seconds).

>03Note that when you hold your arms, your shoulders should open backwards.

>04

Standing Arm Raise

Stand with your feet naturally apart, straighten your legs, lift your chest, stretch your arms above your head, put your hands together, keep your back straight, and look up.

>05

Squat Prayer Pose

Stand with your feet naturally apart, squat, lower your hips, bend your upper body so that your abdomen is close to your thighs, straighten your back, put your hands together in front of your chest, and place your elbows on your knees.

There are many ways to slim down your legs when you are a beginner in yoga. The two methods introduced above are the most suitable for friends who have just started practicing yoga. You must pay attention to the time when practicing yoga. It is best to avoid meal times. It is best to practice yoga three hours after a meal. Early morning or evening is best, but practicing in the evening will be more effective. If you practice in the evening, you can eliminate a day's fatigue and slim your legs.
