How to exercise body muscles

Muscle training requires long-term persistence and a good diet. Only over time can you see that the muscles in your body are starting to become strong. Proper diet and exercise can change your body shape. Eat less high-fat foods and more high-protein foods. Also, choose to lift dumbbells or weights when exercising, and do sit-ups or push-ups at home. As long as you persist, there is nothing you can't do.

Prefer to do each rep slowly and hold the muscles tense for a few seconds at maximum contraction. The most effective abdominal muscle exercises include sit-ups and hanging leg raises. The abdominal muscle trainers that can be found everywhere in the gym today are also very effective.

I usually choose to do abdominal muscle training on days when I don't do aerobic training, and schedule it at the end of my weight training.

When it comes to weight training, I want to emphasize that when training other parts of the body, you must use heavy weights. Many people find that if they lift heavy enough, they can get away with not working their abs at all, because heavy lifting forces the abs to assist the muscle group being trained. No matter which part you train, you should always include at least one compound movement using a barbell, dumbbells, or (not combination equipment) for heavy training. Good examples include upright barbell or dumbbell curls for biceps, upright pullups for triceps, upright barbell presses for shoulders, squats for legs, deadlifts and bent-over rows for back. Even when training your chest, your pectoral muscles must be tense in order to stabilize your torso.

A common phenomenon is that although the abdominal muscles are nice, they are covered with a layer of fat. Even doing thousands of sit-ups won't help in this case, because all you're doing is further developing the underlying muscles without burning the overlying fat.

First, it is important to realize that there is no such thing as spot weight loss, and the only way to lose fat and gain muscle is to follow a comprehensive program of proper diet, aerobic exercise, and weight training. These three aspects work synergistically and reinforce each other.

I hope to give you some reference as mentioned above. There are muscles all over the body, and muscles can increase our resistance. If a person has big muscles, it proves that this person loves sports. If a person has sagging flesh, it proves that this person is too lazy to move. A person's figure can reflect his or her daily life status, so we should not be fat but healthy thin people. It is not good for the body not to exercise when we reach a certain age.
