What a shame to waste! Many people buy this thing, but few people use it

What a shame to waste! Many people buy this thing, but few people use it

First: Why do so many people buy treadmills?

1. The post-90s generation has enough awareness of fitness and disposable time. Although their financial strength is limited, various flexible payment and repayment methods give them the opportunity to make up their minds to go shopping.

2. Most of the friends born in the 1980s are the main source of income for their families and are also the spiritual pillars of their families. However, their bodies are increasingly damaged by their busy work. Although they are aware of running and fitness, they lack time for outdoor exercise. Therefore, running on a treadmill while reuniting with their families at home is undoubtedly a good choice.

3. People born in the 1970s are the age group that needs fitness the most. They are at the peak of their careers, and their bodies are the capital of revolution. If you are too lazy to go out for exercise, being forced by your wife to run on a treadmill at home is also a good way to exercise.

Second: Why are there so few people who persist in using it?

Many people have this idea: they think that by buying a treadmill, they can force themselves to develop a habit of running, and being fair, rich, beautiful, tall, rich and handsome is no longer a dream. But the outcome is often counterproductive. I think the main reason is that the treadmill is a product that goes against human nature. It is not without reason that foreigners call it Dreadmill (literally translated as horror grinding machine).

Relying on a treadmill to develop a running fitness habit is like someone who should wear a size L but impulsively buys a size S piece of clothing. The final outcome can be imagined. It is recommended to develop a running habit first, and then use a treadmill to assist in training, which is more practical.

Third: It is recommended to ask yourself a few questions before buying a treadmill

1. What is my running goal? Can I stick to it for three months?

2. If I can only exercise by running on a treadmill, can I stick to it?

3. If I only have one hour a day, do I know how a treadmill can help me achieve my training goals?

4. If I don’t want to use the treadmill anymore after a month, do you know how to dispose of it?

5. If my budget is not enough for me to buy a suitable treadmill, will I still spend time running outdoors?

As long as there is a negative answer, don't make a purchase decision lightly.
