1. Forward Bend with Back

This double yoga pose can effectively exercise the back and help maintain spinal health. Remember to do the movement slowly and don't pull your chin down too hard, otherwise it will easily cause damage to your cervical spine.

The two of them sat back to back on the bed, with their legs open to shoulder width, feet hooked, hands hanging at their sides, palms open, four fingers together, fingertips lightly touching the ground. Keep your head up and chest out, back straight, feel your spine extending upward, and your hips fit tightly together. Make sure your upper body and legs form a 90-degree angle.

Step 2

Keeping your hips and spine aligned, slowly bend your upper body forward until you reach your limit, then stop and hold for 3-5 breaths. When bending down, be sure to keep your chin about the distance of a small ball from your neck to prevent excessive strain on your cervical spine.

2. Rib extension

This double yoga movement can effectively stretch the side lines of the body and promote digestion.

The two people sat in a straight line, about two spans apart. Extend your legs outward, straighten the outer leg and stretch the instep; bend the inner leg at the knee and keep the heel against the base of the thigh. The arms between the two people are stretched out with fingertips touching the ground; the outer arms are stretched upward with elbows slightly bent and palms facing forward.

Slowly clasp your hands above your head and pull each other's hands outward. At this time, the forces between the two hands are opposite, and you can feel the sides of your body being stretched.

Back pose

The two hands use the four fingers of the hands to interlock and pull with opposite forces at the same time, so that the two hands are at the fingertips of two people.

3. Seated Twist

By twisting the body, the muscles between the back and waist are effectively exercised, which is helpful to create a beautiful body line.

Seated Twist Step 1

Sit with your legs back to back, legs shoulder-width apart, feet lifted, back straight, head and chest out, bend your elbows, clasp your hands together, and make fists.

Seated Twist Step 2

Slowly twist your upper body to the left and right, making sure your spine stays in place and your hips do not leave the ground. While twisting, breathe in and out rhythmically, and don't hold your breath.
