Muscle strength can be divided into upper limb strength, waist and abdomen strength, and lower limb strength according to the location of the body; according to the contraction of the muscles, muscle strength can be divided into dynamic strength and static strength, and dynamic strength can be further divided into weight strength and speed strength. Generally speaking, the armed police's enemy capture tactics are usually dynamic force. According to the different requirements of sports for strength qualities, strength qualities can also be divided into three types: maximum strength, rapid strength and strength endurance.

There are many different methods of strength training.

The first is bare-handed practice, such as empty-strike practice in boxing, frog jumps to develop leg strength, 30-meter running, middle-distance running, etc.

The second is to practice using strength training equipment. The training equipment mentioned here refers to equipment specifically used to develop strength qualities, such as comprehensive trainers, which enable people to develop the muscle group strength required by athletes in various postures such as sitting, lying, and standing.

Everyone should pay attention to the following issues when training: When practicing muscle strength, you must be targeted, the overall strength must be combined with the local strength, muscle strength training does not necessarily have to be intensity training all the time, it can be combined with some other relaxing training, the effect will be more obvious, muscle strength training must be done within one's ability, never overload training, to avoid muscle strain.
