Some require standing for 7-8 hours a day, which is indeed a professional training time and it is difficult for ordinary people to do it;

When Mr. Guo Chun teaches boxing, he usually requires his disciples to stand in a stance for 40 minutes to 1.5 hours. It should not be less than 40 minutes, otherwise the effect will not be obvious; but if it exceeds 1.5 hours, it will often be a waste of time and will not meet the quality requirements of standing still. The length of time for standing in a posture is a matter of opinion. In fact, what suits you is the best. You should make reasonable plans based on your physical condition and work and life schedule to better achieve your goal.
